Day 8

Bible verse: Ephesians 4:32 – Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Week 2 is starting… BOOM! I feel younger in my bones already. Kids are sleeping great. Starting to feel stronger. Feel like I am finally prioritizing time with God. I am starting to understand where I am spending all my hard-earned money. Now, I am going to start planning out my financial future. When do I want to retire? What does retirement look like to me? Do I want to do nothing in retirement and lay by the pool? Or, work part-time to focus my time on passion projects at a certain age? When I look at retirement, I never want to simply do nothing. I am way to good at that and I would be 400 pounds in no time flat! I look at time as a luxury and I would prioritize my time based on my interests and passions. I would love to spend my time training, writing, traveling, golfing, reading, and working with companies that are making the world a better place. My “financial freedom” looks like being financially secure by 55, so that I can spend my time being focused on my passions and interests.
